It is, in fact, a very well defined set of processes, guidelines, actions, and responses to actions – which when structured and followed correctly – yield a level of perfection that can't be obtained any other way.

Quality Assurance is a process that defines the standard by which a product moves through the various stages of a product's manufacturing cycle. It can be classified as a definitive part of the manufacturing process.

Quality Control is a stage in the manufacturing process by which we judge the level of adherence to QA - and how minor faults are corrected in the finishing stages of the production cycle.

The last stage of the production cycle is to ensure the goods we poured our heart and soul into making - is QC-ed, labelled, packed, and on its way to you. Ready to be sold to someone who we hope will wear it for many years to come.
